Mr. Baumber’s work has been of a very high standard

In the autumn of 2005 Dean Baumber single-handedly re-roofed the whole of my 5 bedroomed, Victorian house at this address.  It was the first time that the house had been re-roofed since it was built in second half of the 19th century. Weathershield breathable membrane was laid on the roof after removal of the slates.  Many of the existing slates were used in the re-roofing, balance.  Tanalised roof batons, lead rolls, eave support trays and ridge tiles were also supplied and used in the re-roofing.

Since then, Mr. Baumber has repaired the roof of a conservatory attached to this house.

In my opinion Mr. Baumber’s work has been of a very high standard, and his charges have been reasonable and readily acceptable.  He has and agreeable personality, and, having known him for over 4 years, I have no hesitation in saying that he is a hard-working and experienced craftsman, who can be relied upon to execute and complete any work he undertakes in a commendable manner and to the best of his ability.John Brock
